Online Tee Time Policy

Please read and acknowledge the following online tee time policy before continuing to reserve a tee time online.

• Online reservations accepted 7 days in advance. For large groups, corporate outings or tournaments, contact the Tournament Director at 719-547-2280, ext. 2.
• We do allow 5 in a group Monday – Friday.  All players in a group of 5 are required to ride.
• We do not allow 5 in a group on Saturday and Sunday.
• Unless your group has reserved and paid for all green fees in a tee time 4 (Weekends) or 5 (Monday – Friday), please expect to be paired with other golfers at the discretion of the golf staff. 
• Golfers are required to ride together (2 riders per cart) to ensure enough carts are available for all tee times.
• Outside alcohol is not prohibited on the golf course or in the parking lot.  Food and beverages (including beer and other alcoholic beverages) are available for purchase at our restaurant.
• Tee times must be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours in advance.  Groups will be charged for short shows and no shows unless proper notice is received by the Starters or Pro Shop staff.
